3 out of 5 stars Cheap and Functional   November 23, 2008
Here's the deal this a cheap functional joystick with very few buttons. That means that if you're playing any Sim style games (Mechwarrior, Freespace, flight sim, ect), You've got a joystick to fly with, but that doesn't mean you're going to be using it for more than that, all of the wrest of controls are still on your keyboard The throttle is a letdown, it's sturdy, but being on the rear in the center sucks, the joystick doesn't seem like it would hold up for super long, I bought it to bide time until I could get a Steel Battalion controller and a Xbox to USB converter, If you're not a hardcore Sim fan this joystick is worth the money, anyone looking to get more function should look elsewhere. That being said the rudder twist is fairly sensitive and takes alittle getting used to, but once you do it's actually the most pleasant thing about the joystick.

5 out of 5 stars ST290 Pro   November 1, 2008
This flight stick is easy to use, friendly to the pocketbook, and is one of the best flight sticks I have ever seen.

5 out of 5 stars Great and Inexpensive Joystick   September 27, 2008
I love this product. I use it to play flight simulator (2002,2004 and X), it's great it has all of the features that you want(throttle, trigger, lots of programmable buttons, etc... It is a very good value for the relatively low price of $25.00 USD. I highly suggest buying this great prduct.

5 out of 5 stars Great of most any game   June 13, 2008
I have had my ST290 for a few years now and it has been great for all the games I play. Mech 4, Xwing Alliance are just a couple of games I have used this stick on. I also haven't had to recalibrate it too often. I had some problems with the ball joint getting alittle sticky, but a small amount of WD-40 and it works almost better that in did when it was new! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a beginning joystick.

5 out of 5 stars A joy to use   September 4, 2007
I found the joystick/flightstick very easy to use, and did not notice much in the way of hand cramps as I have with other similar products
