I had hoped that there would be more road updates. The same problems with being unable to plot a trip because new roads aren't there or because of map errors.

Microscoft tries to improve this product every year and apparently that is becoming difficult. They offer finding Coupons for things/events that did not seem appealing to me. Also, Microsoft offered support for Pocket Streets in earlier versions, but again does not in this 2009 version.
The interface (icons and such)seem new but are no better to use.

I received great service from Amazon. Very good service and very good price. Having said that Microsoft has sold software that will not work. I have Vista on my laptop and was concerned after receiving Streets and Trips my menory was too small because the software gave a error message "Your registry settings were not copied correctly". I purchased and installed an additional 1G. of Ram. I uninstalled the software and reloaded it. SAME ERROR MESSAGE. Then I call Microsofts Tecnical phone number. I have spoken to three tecnitions and spent over three hours of my time as well as their time. As I type this I am waiting for another level 2 technition to call me. If this does not work, I will call Amazon to ask for a refund and they can deal with Microsoft and there CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
 State road is not Senior! November 29, 2008
It is good but when giving audio directions every time it refers to a state road it says "SENIOR". I find this confusing.
